How do I get my order on Oahu vs. Neighbor Islands?
- Oahu orders are available for hand delivery or pickup. There are no shipping or handling fees. In the “Special Instructions” box before checking out, please leave a contact number so we can arrange a date, time, and location to meet.
- Neighbor Island orders require manual coordination. In the “Special Instructions” box before checking out, please leave a contact number. We can then arrange to meet on Oahu for a hand-off or coordinate your preferred shipping method.
Do you ship to the US Mainland?
- Not currently. Store checkout is restricted to Hawaii fulfillment.
- Mainland shipping for select apparel (including Aloha Judo Polos) is scheduled to launch in early 2027, with shipping calculated at direct carrier cost.
- If you are on the mainland and wish to inquire about custom orders prior to our 2027 rollout, please contact us directly.
What is your return and refund policy?
- All sales are final — we do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
- However, size exchanges are welcome. Unwashed, unworn gear in its original packaging with tags intact may be exchanged.
- Washed items, hemmed or altered uniforms, and custom-embroidered or patched gear are strictly final sale and cannot be exchanged.

- The listed price is the final out-of-pocket cost. Hawaii GET and merchant processing fees are fully included—zero hidden line items or checkout surprises.
- Pricing on our entry-level gis is set near wholesale across the board, allowing clubs and individual practitioners to get bulk-equivalent rates without minimum order thresholds or account setups.
